recipe needed: vegan & wheat-free cupcakes/muffins

Hi Everyone!

 

My vegan twins turned 4 on October 30th. Their school is having their

party tomorrow. We are vegan. I just found out at our party at home

that one of the boys in their class is allergic to wheat, and I felt so

bad since the cakes were made with flour. I'd like him to be able to

eat the cupcakes/muffins at school. So...

 

....does anyone know a wheat-free, vegan recipe? It doesn't even need

frosting, since the school has a " no-sugar " (or as little as possible)

policy. They let it slide a bit for birthday parties, so it doesn't

have to be sugar-free, too!! Alternatively, does anyone know a website

that would have such recipes?

Thanks for all the suggestions! I think I am the only person in the

world who doesn't " google! " I just forget! So, anyway, I'm going to

do some searching and let you know what I find and how it turns out!
