Guest guest Posted December 21, 2005 Report Share Posted December 21, 2005 TOFU NOG 2 pkg. silken tofu (12 ounce vacuum-packed style) 2 cups vanilla soy milk 1 Tablespoon vanilla 1/4 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon tumeric 1/2 to 1 cup rum (or equivalent rum extract) nutmeg Blend all ingredient except nutmeg until smooth.
