for the welcome Tsari(?). That was actually going to be my first

question, where and how do I start? I am starting completely from

scratch. As of now it is only me and my two babies in the house,

and you know children at their age, food is food so long as they are

being fed. I have never been much of a vegetable eater, only

because it is such a pain to prepare them, and I dont have a high

tolerance for most of their flavors. BUT, I am really serious about

trying to make a change. Like I said before, 1)to get healthier 2)

to drop some weight and keep it off. If I dont make any dietary

changes I wont be able to lose my weight even with working out.

So you suggest I start by cutting out dairies first. I will go that

route. But from there where do I go? Where do I find all this info

on vegan life, vegan diets and all the main products and by-products

that are not vegan. As I said, I am so new to this I dont even know

where to find any information, kinda like a newborn needing to be

bottle fed. Once I get pointed in the right direction though, I can

be pretty much on my own. Thank you much for all the future support

I have already seen on this fourm.
