BRING 2 8OZ SOFT TOFUS TO ROOM TEMP. MINCE 3 LARGE PORTIBELLA CAPS, MINCE 1 CAN BLACK OLIVES, 3 CLOVES GARLIS AND MINCE 1 RED PEPPER. PUT TOFU IN LARGE BOWL AND WITH BEATERS CREAM IT, MIX IN MINCED INGREDIENTS. STUFF SHELLS, COVER WITH SAUCE, BAKE FOR 40 MINS AT 350 TOP WITH VEGAN MOZERELLA BAKE 10 MORE MINS AND ENJOY.
