Guest guest
I have lots of apples these days from my sister-in-law's farm. One thing I have been making a lot of is apple crisp: APPLE CRISP 10 apples 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 tsp. lemon peel 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. canola or other oil Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 " baking dish. Core, peel (optional) and slice apples. Arrange apples in baking dish. In bowl, use your fingers to mix the rest of the ingredients together. Sprinkle mixture on top of sliced apples. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
