VERY simple to make and so creamy and tasty!TOFU NOG2 pkg. silken tofu (the vacuum-packed kind)2 cups vanilla soy milk1 Tablespoon vanilla1/4 cup sugar2 Tablespoons brown sugar1/4 teaspoon turmeric1/2 to 1 cup rum or equivalent extractnutmegBlend all ingredients except nutmeg.
