Guest guest
I will be traveling out of state in less than two weeks. I need to carry lunch and snack items with me that will fit with my food allergy restrictions. (no gluten, no dairy, no egg, no citrus, no eggs, mostly vegetarian). I'm writing out my grocery list for the trip (I'm taking most of my food with me) so if you can offer some solutions in the next couple of days, that would be very helpful. Does anyone have some good ideas that I could make in advance and carry with me? I will have an insulated bag and an ice chest with me. Thanks, CeCe

A glass of soya milk will give you energy Juice boxesPetes Tofu those snack tofu things There are these awesome date and coconut " candies/cookies " at Trader Joes that would make a great snack - the only ingrediants are dates and coconut Fruits other than citrisEnergy bars (there are vegan ones around that would meet your requirements)Bake Something (energy squares, etc that meet your dietary requirements and bring them)How's that for some ideas off the top of my head?
