Favorite Oatmeal: Regular Slow Cook Oatmaeal (however much you want to cook) Olive Oil (enough to coat oatmeal) Salt to taste Water Directions Heat oil over med heat in a skillet that has a lid Add oatmeal Stir frequently until toasted to your desired level of darkness Add just enough water to almost cover oatmeal Add salt Cover pan with lid Let sit for 3-5 minutes depending on how much oatmeal you made (longer time for more oatmeal) Uncover, stir well and enjoy...
