Tried the Eggplant Paprikash at

My family liked it, and thought it would make a really good pizza

topping. I was afraid that with a half teaspoon of red pepper (I used

pepper flakes), it would be too spicy for me, but I liked it, too. I

served it over leftover cornbread (not sweet), and that actually worked

out well.

 

I'll use the tofu sour cream again, too. Ooh, maybe I'll make

stroganoff some time soon.

 

I really need to get back to taking pictures of the food I cook. Today's

was really pretty.
