Guest guest Posted March 10, 2007 Report Share Posted March 10, 2007 Tried the Eggplant Paprikash at http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2006/08/eggplant-paprikash.html My family liked it, and thought it would make a really good pizza topping. I was afraid that with a half teaspoon of red pepper (I used pepper flakes), it would be too spicy for me, but I liked it, too. I served it over leftover cornbread (not sweet), and that actually worked out well. I'll use the tofu sour cream again, too. Ooh, maybe I'll make stroganoff some time soon.
