Stephanie Pita Chips 1 pkg whole wheat pita bread lemon or lime juice garlic salt chili powder Directions: *preheat oven to 350 degrees *slice pita into wedges for the size chips you want *seperate the " layers " *arrange on baking sheet *mist with lemon juice, just enough for spices to adhere (I keep some in a spray bottle for salads etc) *sprinkle with seasonings *bake 10-15 minutes(until crisp) *store in an airtight container *NOTE: you can use any spices you want and lightly mist chips with water instead of juice Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
