Guest guest Posted April 23, 2007 Report Share Posted April 23, 2007 This is what I'm having for lunch along with a Boca spicy chicken sandwich...this is the way my Gran makes her squash (minus the bacon grease of course)...enjoy Stephanie Southern Yellow Squah 6 - 8 yellow crookneck squash 2 medium sized onions salt and pepper Directions: * chop onion and squash *brown onion (you can use olive oil or water) in large skillet that has a lid *add squash *season liberally with salt and pepper *cover and cook on medium stirring occasionally for about 30 minutes (until squash is *really* tender) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
