to use in burritos etc...

2 cups uncooked brown rice

4 cups water

1 packet favorite taco seasoning (I use Old El Paso low sodium)

add all ingredients to a large pot with tight fitting lid

bring to a boil

cover,reduce heat

simmer 45-50 minutes

it's basically just adding a package of taco seasoning to your usual

brown rice but do it at the beginning so it all cooks together

see...VERY easy :)

Sounds familiar to one of recipes. Do you ass tomatoes and bell

pepper to it as well?

You could add anything to it, this is just a basic use for anything type of recipe. I usually use this for soft tacos. It would be good with some beans and veggies mixed in too. Stephanie :)
