Guest guest Posted May 8, 2007 Report Share Posted May 8, 2007 to use in burritos etc... 2 cups uncooked brown rice 4 cups water 1 packet favorite taco seasoning (I use Old El Paso low sodium) add all ingredients to a large pot with tight fitting lid bring to a boil cover,reduce heat simmer 45-50 minutes it's basically just adding a package of taco seasoning to your usual brown rice but do it at the beginning so it all cooks together see...VERY easy Stephanie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
