great breakfast or snack

Have done this for years but without the yogurt topping. I'll have

to try it. Have you tried oatmeal mixed with peanut butter and

honey? yummy! It's like eating a creamy oatmeal cookie for

breakfast.

Came up with this one this morning as the usual oatmeal was glaring at

me from the cupboard...aha, there was a can of peaches sitting next to

it...I get the peaches canned in juice (cant find the ones packed in

water anymore)...I always drain the juice and rinse them well to remove

any excess sugars...

 

Super easy, super quick, super yummy breakfast

 

Open a can of sliced peaches

rinse well, drain

add to bowl

top with vanilla soy yogurt

sprinkle with cinnamon

Sounds yummy. Plain old oatmeal does get boring tho. I have to spice

mine up and also have found that steel cut oats are better for you

than rolled oats.
