Guest guest
Have done this for years but without the yogurt topping. I'll have to try it. Have you tried oatmeal mixed with peanut butter and honey? yummy! It's like eating a creamy oatmeal cookie for breakfast. , " Stephanie " <stargazerlily72 wrote: > > Came up with this one this morning as the usual oatmeal was glaring at > me from the cupboard...aha, there was a can of peaches sitting next to > it...I get the peaches canned in juice (cant find the ones packed in > water anymore)...I always drain the juice and rinse them well to remove > any excess sugars... > > Super easy, super quick, super yummy breakfast > > Open a can of sliced peaches > rinse well, drain > add to bowl > top with vanilla soy yogurt > sprinkle with cinnamon >

Guest guest
Sounds yummy. Plain old oatmeal does get boring tho. I have to spice mine up and also have found that steel cut oats are better for you than rolled oats. , " Stephanie " <stargazerlily72 wrote: > Came up with this one this morning as the usual oatmeal was > glaring at me from the cupboard...aha, there was a can of peaches > sitting next to it...I get the peaches canned in juice (cant find > the ones packed in water anymore)...I always drain the juice and > rinse them well to remove any excess sugars... > > Super easy, super quick, super yummy breakfast > > Open a can of sliced peaches > rinse well, drain > add to bowl > top with vanilla soy yogurt > sprinkle with cinnamon
