Natural Fruit Soda *recipe*

My mom used to do this for us as kids. I did it with my kid too. But we did it

by the

glass because otherwise the fizz would flop. It was a ratio of about 2/3 juice

to 1/3

Perrier. When it was hot it was nicer with more Perrier than juice.

In France, they coat the bottom of the inside of an 8oz glass with mint sugar

syrup, and

top it up with Perrier... soooo refreshing on a hot day. It's nice with lemon

sugar syrup

too... or a little (no more than a tsp) crème de menthe or lemoncello ;)

Cheers!

I love the fruit sodas like Switch, Fizze etc..but they can be a bit

pricey...found this recipe for a homemade version...a bit of the " duh "

sounded when I read it...LOL

Stephanie :)

Natural Soda

11 1/ 2 ounce can juice concentrate, (or, to taste)

2 liter bottle sparkling carbonated water

Combine ingredients in large pitcher.

Serve chilled or over ice.

Experiment with amount of concentrate needed to achieve desired flavor
