Papa Tayto *recipe*

Okay, I have been asked for some form of recipe for this dish so here

it is...I am posting this in all my groups...

 

Papa Tayto

 

Ingredients:

 

4 baking potatoes

1 or 2 large sweet onions (I used vidalias)

1 or 2 large bell peppers (any color you choose)

3 large tomatoes

 

To taste:

Garlic powder

Chili powder

Salt

Pepper

 

 

 

Directions:

 

*Bake potatoes as you normally would

 

*Slice onions and peppers into strips (fajita style)

 

*Chop tomatoes into chunks

 

*Heat just a bit of olive oil in large skillet on med-high heat

 

*Add onions, peppers and spices

 

*Cook until the peppers are soft and onions are browned a bit

 

*Add tomatoes, heat through

 

*Open up a tayto and top with all the veggies
