I have happily eaten Nasoya brand Nayonnaise for many years, but just tried Veganaisse last week and it's AMAZING!! I highly recommend it. I found it in the refrigerator section of my health food store. Here's a recipe for "Dolphin and Tuna-safe salad"1 pound firm tofu, frozen, thawed, and crumbled3/4 cup sweet pickle relish 1/4 cup finely chopped green or yellow onion2 stalks celery, finely chopped2 Tablespoons soy sauce, more to taste1 1/2 cup tofu mayonnaise, more or less to taste1 Tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon kelp powder (I found it in the bulk spice section of my natural food store). This adds a fishy taste, and you may add more to taste.Combine all ingredients. Serve on bun or toasted bread. Good with slice tomato.
