Guest guest
Blah blah blah split blah blah blah different address. Okay the new list is now open. As much as I don't like using the Labour style 'new' in front of the group name it seems appropriate as the list now stands for something very different. Insults and judgmental behaviour that was previously accepted will no loner be tolerated on this list. Please try and be considerate of other members when posting here. If things do get heated or out of hand then I'll ask that people either cool down or take it over to the VegansUncensored list. Unlike before though if you choose to ignore my warnings you will be placed on moderation. Maybe we this new policy this list will be silent with everyone choosing to post on VegansUncensored, I hope that won't be the case as I made this change in response to the comments from the members of the list who rarely post so it would be great to see more people feel they can get involved now. Remember this list is for vegans in the UK to talk to each other, it doesn't have to be about veganism (although please add an [OT] to the comment if that's the case). And don't feel stupid for asking any question or stating any opinion. With long term and new vegans what may seem stupid to some may seem common sense to others. Don't expect your view not to be questioned, it is only through debate we can better understand each other and ourselves, but I will not allow anyone to be attacked or patronized. The details for posting on this list are the same as before, email to or on the group web page at / . You may be asked to select your profile when first visiting the site but this will only happen once. I have d everyone from the old list, with the exception of Dr PC (at his request, some of you may be pleased to hear) and a few (8) addresses that didn't work, and set your subscription settings to match their original (digest, no email etc.) The existing list continues at VegansUncensored/ and if you don't like the style of either of the lists you can in the usual manner. There may be a bit of overspill from VegansUncensored while people get used to the new addresses but hopefully this list can be the friendly and supportive environment for vegan in the UK that people seem to desire.
