Guest guest
What is your big problem with me? Because I challenge your inconsistency of attitude to living beings, you feel the need to assume me to be some sort of right-wing reactionary? Yep, I guess it's easier to demonise me, because it diverts you from looking critically at yourself and what you did. At least I am consistent in my attitude to respecting life, and I would certainly never agree with anyone being violent towards gay people, I'm very much against homophobia, but at the same time there is a difference between agreeing with violence and actually doing it, and it doesn't come much more violent than killing your own child. That is a much more serious harm than beating up a gay person and causing a few bruises, because the person still has his or her life. I certainly don't feel I am morally superior to you, I of all people have no right to feel superior because I made the mistake of using the morning-after pill one time in my teens not much older than you when you had the abortion, so I could be equally a baby-killer (I don't know for certain), but at least I have changed my views and attitude and am sorry for what I did and would always discourage such killing now that I am aware that it takes a life. I've never opposed us making choices about our own bodies, just opposed to us killing those most dependent on us. Guest guest
Has gone back to its original format or does the new unmoderated list still exist? Since getting my computer back I haven't received any messages from the new vegan list, and this one just seems like the old days. Janey x <snipped> > > What is your big problem with me? I half expected this list to die completely and the other one carry on as before. No idea what went wrong. Still this list has gained a few active members so something went to plan. As for it being like the old days, I know. I admit it, I just don't like moderating people. I want to give people a chance to redeem themselves. That said several people have had their warning and will be moderated next time so maybe things around here will die out after all? Pessemistic, moi?
