Guest guest Posted April 2, 2002 Report Share Posted April 2, 2002 isn't it crazy the way that it is isreals intentions of getting rid of yasser arafat as the palestinian leadership under the pretext that they wish to negotiate with someone who is more sympathtic to them. After all isn't the PLO for a two-state-'solotion'? I don't think anybody else in the palestinian liberation camp is for that. Therfore anybody who replaces the PLO as the figurehead of the palestinian liberation movement is not going to be sympathetic to proposals of two seperate states which seems to me that would be very much in the zionists interests. so its obvious that isn't the intentions of isreal by making arafat powerless . I shudder to think what thier intentions are.. arafat is not in control of the 'terrorists' that isreal say that he should stop so how can he do so?
