Who needs a reason?

Glad you saved me the bother. Rules as a rule, are made to be

broken. And I suspect if we didn't have razor fences and alarmed

shops etc to keep the scummy free wheeling working classes away,

they would possibly find their whole lifestyle incredibly boring and

end up getting really fat and self indulgent.
