Hello everyone,

 

I received this neat questionnaire, so I'll just stick to that... looking

forward to being part of the discussions and everything. Here's this, just to

give you an idea who I am

Sunny. Yes, people actually call me that.

21, nothing to hide.

 

> 3/ Do you know many vegans in real life?

None, actually, I'm sorry to say.

 

> 4/ How long have you been a vegan, and how long vegetarian before that?

I never had this transition-phase, I went straight to being vegan.. 2 years

ago.

 

> 5/ Why did you become vegetarian/vegan (if you are neither it would be

> useful to explain why you joined this list)?

The obvious ethical reasons at first, when I saw a report on TV it shook me

awake so violently, then I went online and found out even more. Later on, I

discovered the health benefits as well.

> 6/ Whereabouts do you live?

Durham, in College

 

> 7/ How good a place is it for vegans?

Well, the town itself is quite okay, I don't really need any fancy food

stuffs such as tofu - I'm happy as long as I have soy milk and yoghurt, both of

which are available at the local Safeway. No problems.

Kidney, I buy them canned in water

Canada... I want to move there asap, that means in 2004

I'm a Star Trek fan...

Readymade soup from Safeway (vegan!) and Pitta bread.

 

> 12/ Are you a morning, evening or night person?

Evening/Night, anything except mornings. I don't do mornings.

I'm not actually British, I'm Austrian but going to College in Durham for a

year. I like it a lot here, compared to Austria this country is great for

being a vegan! Also, I'd like to meet a few vegans from the UK.

 

I have to run, they're closing the computer room...
