Got one suggestion, I got a Isle of Wight vegan cookbook for Christmas and

it had a leaflet in it,

Not cheap though (according to me)

 

£20 per person per night for a double room

£21 per person per night for a twin room

£23 per person per night for a single room

£12 per person per night for child (under 12)

 

All rooms en suite, 10% discount for vegan society, viva, or vegetarian

society members if staying more than a week. Minimum stay 2

nights. Evening meals available if booked in advance or on request with

reasonable notice [isn't that the same as in advance?] for £12pppn/£6

children (under 12)

 

It doesn't say how far it is from the railway line, but the Island line

runs from Shanklin to Ryde, and the ferry runs directly from Portsmouth

Harbour train station to Ryde station so there' very little messing about.
