Guest guest
My wife and I (both vegans) are regular summer visitors to the Isle of Skye as it's my favourite holiday destination. There are 2 shops on Skye which go out of their way to cater for vegans - Jackson's Wholefoods in Portree and The Fruit and Nut Place in Dunvegan. Discussions with the proprietor of the latter in previous years revealed that, whilst they're certainly a rare breed, there are some vegans living on Skye. I'd very much like to be able to get in touch with some of them if at all possible. I have this yearning desire to be able to live on Skye one day and would love to make contact with some like-minded people who are already there. It's a long shot mentioning it here I know, but you never know - a Skye-based vegan might be reading this now or you may know a vegan who lives there. If so, feel free to contact me by email or pass my email address on to the person/people you know in case asking if they'd like to get in touch. All suggestions for further avenues I might explore in this quest are welcomed. Cheers Chris W
