Not one, sadly.

 

 

4/ How long have you been a vegan, and how long vegetarian before that?

 

Vegan: 1 year, vegetarian: 1/2 year (intention to become vegetarian for

years)

 

 

5/ Why did you become vegetarian/vegan (if you are neither it would be

useful to explain why you joined this list)?

 

The thought of killing something to eat has been worrying me for a long

time, and the more I saw how animals are kept and learned about them,

the more I thought it was wrong. For example, that the pigs that tended

to kill each other on my grandfathers farm were not just stupid cruel

animals, but highly intelligent creatures. Well, when I met a vegan

shortly it struck me that this was more consequent than vegetarian -

after all, what to do with mal calves for example? As soon as I finally

found the courage to become vegetarian I had a look on the Internet and

soon became convinced that vegan is only half the way.

6/ Whereabouts do you live?

 

In the moment in Zurich (Switzerland), but I plan to go to Sheffield in

September for 10 month in an study exchange program. That's why I joined

this list, to be a bit prepared even though I am in England quite often

to visit my English boyfriend.

 

 

7/ How good a place is it for vegans?

 

It is getting better and better, even though eating out is a problem and

I never met a vegan here.
