I agree actually, and I think they ought to arrange the AGM in

different places to avoid the same people being disenfranchised every

time. I live near London but I would agree to it moving around the

country.

That would just disenfranchise a different group of people every year.

And London has got pretty good transport links.

It would still be fairer and they could always rotate it between a

handful of large cities such as Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

All those would be well-linked by public transport. I would not think

it was a good idea to hold it in the middle of the countryside.

I tend to find Southerners always say that.

I live near London but my loyalties would tend to be with Northern

vegans, as I am from Cheshire, and northerners are more friendly in

my experience anyway.

Yes, because we're the ones who count - London rules!

Keep it in London I say. And if looks like there might be a punch up (poss followed by a drink in a lovely, smoky pub) I'll forego my day at work & come along to shout the participants on...

I remember that time when no trains went to London, I made the mistake of

getting the first train leaving Euston (10:30 to Birmingham, sometime over

Christmas), took an hour and half just to get to Watford.

Good transport links indeed.
