vegetarian before that?

I tried to go veggie at about age 11. But I grew up on

a farm and it was difficult. I was on and off through

my teenage years and became 'full time' a couple of

years ago. I have been a vegan since february this

year.

 

5/ Why did you become vegetarian/vegan (if you are

neither it would be

useful to explain why you joined this list)?

 

So many reasons, none of which would come as a

surprise to anyone here! I don't like the way animals

are farmed, I don't think eating meat or dairy is

econmically, environmentally or ethically good, and

meat is pretty gross to eat anyway!

6/ Whereabouts do you live?

Nottingham

 

7/ How good a place is it for vegans?

Yes! There are a few veggie restaurants and of course

V1, my favourite. There are also plenty of health food

shops.

baked. Or chick peas if they are counted.

 

9/ What is your favourite country, or region, to

visit?

I went to Russia once which was quite nice.

 

10/ What types of film do you like?

Good ones! My favourite director is Michael Powell.

I had a marmite sandwich, a home-made mince pie and 2

satsumas.

 

12/ Are you a morning, evening or night person?

Depends what mood I am in.

Or Phone 0845 458 9595 ask for Patrick He organises the AR calendar nationally and knows whats what . Anyone else you speak to might just be a helper and not actually an AR person

 

We do demos /stalls most weekends . Those who can do week events too Harlan with the Loughboro' lot
