Still no chat [mod]

Just a reminder that the group chat service is still officially unavailable

at the moment (you can try it, but it probably won't work). I have left

the reminders running to avoid the hassle of taking them down, and putting

them back up, but I didn't anticipate the delay lasting this long.

 

I am still investigating a solution that will reliably work for many

people. The current service uses an IRC chat room and will work if you try

and access it using a IRC client. A reliable Java client is required

though to allow web access. Any recommendations will help greatly.
