Spammer

The spammer that hit VegansUncensored, and VeganTravel today has

been removed from all three lists and the links removed from the files

section of the respective group's sites.

 

Unfortunately as they joined and posted between times when I was able to

get online there was nothing I can do about it, and the same problem will

apply in the future. If this does develop into a major issue then I will

consider placing all new subscriptions onto moderation until first posting.

It's just to let them know that we're fed up with this nonsense and don't

Yes, but even if this one is discouraged, there will be more, you see? I'm

on many lists, and I see these things escalating very quickly if there is

nobody to take action (like for instance moderate new members for a couple

of weeks upon subscription, request an intro, or approve new members only

after they correspond with you once or twice to show they are real people

with real personal addresses- spammers don't bother to do that usually - and

if all that fails, just ban the offender right away)...

 

Okay, this is upon the group to decide. After you're finished gorging up

with gorgeous veggie Christmas recipes, that is!
