Guest guest
Hi, Ive recently been to Plant. I had the mushroom risotto and it was out of this world. They are not cheap, but you do get value for money. I practically had to waddle out of the place. They do have vegan desserts, you just need to ask. I had a chocolate and banana cake with a vanilla cream and it was Yum! They are organic too. Their Vegan chef had a chat with me to( talkative chap!) the place isnt opening formerly till February. With Mail you can get a bigger mailbox -- choose a size that fits your needs
Guest guest
i must be on their mailing list ... i've got a menu here and 15% off restaurant food ... another voucher? for free coffee with a breakfast before noon ... or maybe that's just information - i think they always give free coffee before 12 with a breakfast... tofu omelette tomorrow ... hmm... no it's not a menu ... it's a delivery form (hmm.. "one of those and one of those.. and yum one of those and one of those too!!")... they deliver between 11am and 16:30am ... great i can get a big order in for the office and we can all eat vegan... (i doubt that would happen ... there's only a couple of veggies here... and my Tibetan colleague always brings his own food...) Naomi Ben [saatchi12] Hi, Ive recently been to Plant. Guest guest
Hmmm... forgot to include Country Life last time I mentioned wonderful places to eat in London :-) I feel restaurant cravings coming on... last time was a visit to Manna before Christmas... Did place my first www.veganstore.co.uk and www.redwoodfoods.co.uk orders in time for Christmas, so had cranberry Cheezly with the christmas cake, loads of tempeh rashers, tried the fishless fingers (bit too " real " seeming for me) and all sorts of interesting goodies (finding recipes for liquid smoke etc.) from veganstore to explore over the festive season. And fudge, and chocolate and such-like... The sort of splurge winter festivals are all about :-) Steve W
Guest guest
Manna is just a once fulfilled dream in my life too .... up on Primrose Hill (is it a hill?) ... the food has already melted into my system .... well i am slap bang in the middle... north to Manna on Primrose Hill... i have Warren St HealthFoods sandwiches and hot lunches to the north east ... east to Alara .. south to Country Life... south east to Maoz, Mildreds, Plant and Beetroot ... spoilt for choice... (not forgetting Crazy Salad and the shop next door to that on Goodge St...) the only escape route is west ... nothing there.. except i guess Wagamama and if i go far enough a little place in Oxford... > > Steve Welburn [] > > Hmmm... forgot to include Country Life last time I mentioned > wonderful places to eat in London :-) > > I feel restaurant cravings coming on... last time was a visit > to Manna before Christmas...
