Her Spinach, Mushroom and Tofu Lasagne is rather scummy and her Braised Tofu is much much MUCH nicer than the tinned stuff that looks like cheap'n'nasty dog food. I've not tried her tofu desserts yet... But I intend to! Another good recipe is Rose Elliot's Roasted Tofu and Satay Sauce from her book, " Vegan Feasts " - also a reliable book. (By " reliable " , I mean I've found that I can trust the recipes to work properly first time.) Of course, in the real world, who follows recipe books every night of the week??? I often use my char-grill pan to cook 1.5 cm thick slabs of tofu - oil the tofu first. This gives the tofu (and all my other veggies) stripes and so they look rather cool'n'funky'n'posh. Enjoy! ;-) Siofra
