Guest guest
Hi Graham > > Frys cream will carry an allergy alert for milk. Oh b***ar. Guest guest
Yes it's all three, which was why the original message mentioned four lines but only named two I'd guess. To complain, go to http://www.cadbury.co.uk/fr_faq.asp?loc=2 and let them know how you feel about it using their feedback form Dave , " Peter " <Snowbow@b...> wrote: > Hi Graham > > > > Frys cream will carry an allergy alert for milk. > > Oh b***ar. The orange Frys creams have been my very favourite sweet since I went vegan :-( One stinking e-mail of complaint to cadburys will be composed fairly rapidly!!! Guest guest
Mine went something along the lines of: " I am very disappointed to hear that Fry's Creams are no longer vegan, along with Bournville chocolate. They were four of very few vegan chocolate products that were available almost everywhere. Certainly Fry's Creams were a big favourite of mine. I find it hard to see why you would choose to make these products non-vegan, and consequently ensure that a growing market, which vegans are, will no longer be able to buy any Cadbury product. I urge you to not only change your policy on these two products, but to also introduce more vegan treats in the future. " I would say that I'm dubious with the template idea which is why I didn't post it in the first place. If anyone's going to use that for ideas, they should reword it. Receiving a batch of identical email messages, fair ensures that any company will ignore all of them as it then looks like the work of one or two email happy extremists. :-) Dave , " quercusrobur2002 <grahamburnett@b...> " <grahamburnett@b...> wrote: > > > One stinking e-mail of complaint to cadburys will be composed > fairly > > rapidly!!! > > > > BB > > Peter > > Hi peter- I was wondering if you'd be kind enough to copy your > complaint to the list so that others can use it a s a template for > their own complaints? > > many thanks Graham (too busy restoring a pond today to compose a > strongly worded email!!) Will do - I haven't yet composed it (I like to think about these things a bit), but will forward it on once I've done so! BB Peter --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
There's nothing wrong with templates to give others a guideline to writing a fabulous complaint letter. I can't get much in the way of Cadbury on my side of the pond, so kvetching would be useless.
