I don't usually buy actual marmite itself. I buy yeast extract from

whichever shop i'm in ie a supermarket or health shop if i'm in there. But

i do know that i am not aware of what i am buying. Although i do avoid

procter and gamble (forgot about them). I think i'll buy the book soon but

might not be able to apply all of what i read for a while. If that makes

sense.
