As it's often difficult to know who is owned by who >these days, that's another area where Ethical Consumer comes in handy. I don't usually buy actual marmite itself. I buy yeast extract from whichever shop i'm in ie a supermarket or health shop if i'm in there. But i do know that i am not aware of what i am buying. Although i do avoid procter and gamble (forgot about them). I think i'll buy the book soon but might not be able to apply all of what i read for a while. If that makes sense. _______________ Stay in touch with MSN Messenger http://messenger.msn.co.uk
