Here is the recepie.

 

Eggless Chocolate cake

160 C Fan oven

9 " spring form tin 1Hr

 

1/2 Lb Plain Flour

3 Tbs Cocoa

1 Teasp Baking Powder

1 teasp Bi-Carb

5 oz- Caster sugar

2 Fl. oz oil

1 tbs white vinegar

1 teasp vanilla essence

 

Oil & base line tin

 

Sift first 4 ingredients

add sugar, add liquids

with enough water to give a soft dropping consistency (use a balloon whisk)

 

About 4 tbs icing sugar and 1 tbs cocoa with water to ice

 

Enjoy.

 

I'm sure it could use tweaking. When I make one next I'll add more

vanilla, sugar, and cocoa. But that's just personal taste.
