I must say that I'm getting more and more afraid to try the stuff based on some of your responses!! ) I know to make it when I have a quick can of something else to throw on just in case it ends up in the garbage!! lOL! It's only recently been avail from Vegan source (synthesized from algae?), and is implicated in cognitive function.
