Non veggie coffee house/restaurant in Bridlington (North Yorks

Yesterday we (Dilys, Jonathan & Dilys' mum Mabel) went to Bridlington

to try out the " Bean There " Veggie restaurant, only to find it was,

incredibly CLOSED over the whole of EASTER!!! So we had to look

around to find a nice place to eat Vegan.

 

We eventually found a nice looking small coffee house/restaurant and

they were very helpful and courteous in trying to mix and match food

for us that was Vegan. They did a brilliant job. The salad was

nice and fresh looking and tasty. As they dont normally mention

veggie meals I think they did a great job. The price was VERY

reasonable too. They fed 4 of us with quite large salads and beans

and chips or baked potatoe (No marge!) for only about £13.

 

As they were so nice anmd helpful I brought away their business card

and said i would mention their restaurant to friends

It would be nice to hear from other members who come across other non

veggie places that serve veggies well.

(PS it pays to ask politely first if restaurants can cope with veggie

meals, and not just expect them to. I found this is out in Arizona

places too last November)
