Guest guest
http://www.veganfestival.freeserve.co.uk Is anyone from this group going? We hope to be there and would be happy meet up with anyone else who is going if we can arrange a time and place. We might be at the kids' art workshop, but don't yet know what time it is, or we will at some point be in the centre of Red Lion Square, the grassy area near to Conway Hall as this is where we will be likely to be picnicking at some time around lunchtime (the hall gets very crowded because it is such a popular event so several people with children usually retreat there for some of the time so the children can run around). Guest guest
Sorry to hear your mum is in poor health, my own mother used to go daily to visit my gran and look after her (she also had a carer coming in for a few hours) while my gran lived in her own home but was getting more frail, she spent a few months in a nursing home before she passed away (my mum still visited her 5 days a week in the old folks home). Do make sure you get some help, after all if you were not caring for your mother yourself the social services would have to do a lot more so the least they can do is find you some respite so you can have a bit of your own life as she will need you increasingly more. Take care. Lesley Angie Wright [angiewright] 18 August 2003 17:16 RE: National Vegan Festival Hi Lesley, I doubt if I will be able to go.
