It even has a recipe for a vegan " cheese " fondue. Paul --

Guest guest
>are the recipes/flavours any good? ... acceptable to non-vegans? > One of my local veg*n eateries (the Blue Sun in Boulder Creek) makes good use of nutritional yeast based cheese sauces etc (very similar to the recipes in the Uncheese Cookbook) and I think they're pretty good. The owner likes to tell a story about how they had a new washer upper and they'd been giving him one of their famous " steak and cheese " sandwiches each day and he'd been working there a week before he realised it was vegan. Cheers, Paul --
