(Still OT) Vegans and Feminists corrupted the Bible???

Ah, I see where you are coming from now. I still disagree with you

about feminism being a " direct contradiction " . However, this isn't

really the best forum for us to take this discussion further.

Again, I disagree. Again, there is little point in continuing this

Try 1Cor8 - I could suggest a verse or two but I prefer to leave them

in context.

For the third time, I disagree (apart from the bit about people being

entitled to make their own informed choices). This time, because I

think we view the bible differently. Although I am not Christian, I

see the bible as a very complex book of mythology, history, poetry

and more. I also see it as falliable - due to it's age and due to the

possibility of tampering. Definitely not a book to take to

literally!!!

 

Unfortunately, I still think you see it as a " Haynes Manual for

Life " . However, it is not my place to try to convert you from one

Christian view of the bible to any other.

Thank you. And to you too. All I ask is that you read some of Andrew

Linzey's work for yourself and then judge it.

 

Finally, if you like, I can point to where you'll find more veggie

Christians online - email me off the list.
