For the third time, I disagree (apart from the bit about people being entitled to make their own informed choices). This time, because I think we view the bible differently. Although I am not Christian, I see the bible as a very complex book of mythology, history, poetry and more. I also see it as falliable - due to it's age and due to the possibility of tampering. Definitely not a book to take to literally!!! Unfortunately, I still think you see it as a " Haynes Manual for Life " .
