Go to your bookstore right now (unless it's closed) and get How it All

Vegan! and Garden of Vegan. I've made several recipes between the two, and

they are great. I look forward to making far more in the coming weeks.

and/or Vegan Planet.

I recently purchased Vegan Planet and it is awesome. The recipes are

doable and the ingredient lists are manageable. And, the results are

delicious. It is a large book and has every conceivable category in

it. It's a good buy.

I've tried/have the following:

PETA Celebrity Cookbook - photos but not of the food, just the celebs

Vean Taste of.... no photos

Cooking with PETA - no photos

Garden of Vegan - no photos of the food, few of the authors

 

In my collection, I can't see any vegan cookbooks that have colour photos of

the food.
