I started being vegetarian for health, then the ethical issues hit me , and

that then pushed me to needing to be Vegan.

It would be really good to hear some encouragement from other vegans as my

wife is vegetarian, but apart from that I know no other vegetarians, but

most impotantly, I do not know a single other Vegan!!

Most of the time I cope really well because I am the sort of person that

once I have made a commitment to something ,I stick to it. Vegan for life,

that is what I say!!

However, sometimes I get really quite depressed when I feel like an alien in

a world that does not seem to care!!

It would be nice to here someone say occasionally that they feel exactly the

same.

I'm not an alien, I just love animals, and also care about my health.
