Guest guest
Hello to all! I've read some very bad press about the use of soy products. Apparently one can get a range of diseases- from cancer to infertility. Is there a basis for worry? Shall I limit my soy consumption? What do you think about the textured soy protein? This is just one of the links that made me post my question. http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/ Thanks Teo
Guest guest
Personally, I think a lot of that is bollocks. Soya has been used for hundreds of years, and has many proven benefits (such as lowering cholesterol and being good for menopausal women). But anyway, here's a site that might help set your mind at rest: http://www.soytoy.com/soyvey.html It's not exactly completely unbiased, as the author is against milk; but the information's pretty accurate, with facts and references to back it up.
