Soy. Is it true??

Hello to all!

I've read some very bad press about the use of soy products. Apparently

one can get a range of diseases- from cancer to infertility. Is there a

basis for worry? Shall I limit my soy consumption? What do you think

about the textured soy protein?

Personally, I think a lot of that is bollocks. Soya has been used for

hundreds of years, and has many proven benefits (such as lowering

cholesterol and being good for menopausal women). But anyway, here's a

It's not exactly completely unbiased, as the author is against milk;

but the information's pretty accurate, with facts and references to

back it up.
