Hi all just a quick line to say that I had my appeal tribunal this morning and the adjudicator has found in my favour. Unfortunately I still have to wait until the local Jobcentre recieve their copy of the decision (my carbon copy not being acceptable) before they will re-instate Jobseekers Allowance. Peace Kev :-)

Yeah, nice one Kev. If they don't know about it, I bet the Vegan Society, etc. would be interested in mentioning it in their magazine.

The more people hear about this the better.

Cheers,

James

Wow, so there is justice after all, well done Kev. Good news indeed, and possibly good news for others in simular situations who will be able to quote this case if they find themselves in a simular predicament. Great news! I'm so glad they found in your favour. And I agree, I

think it would be good for the Vegan Society to hear about it to put

in their magazine!
