Guest guest Posted March 4, 2006 Report Share Posted March 4, 2006 Following on the thread about vitamins, does anyone know of any evidence of one 'natural' remedy cancelling out or affecting another? There have been times I've taken so many different things (eg. multi vitamin, DHA, green tea extract, kelp, echinachea etc etc) that I rattle when I walk :-) At other times I've not taken any at all, and, to be honest, not felt any different. It's just hard to know what way to go on this one. They all sound like they do really good things... but I wonder if they really do.
