Thought I'd chime in that " animal product only " is construed very

liberally. Nutritional yeast or brewers yeast (which isn't a furry little

creature running around) is an excellent source of B12. Also, fermented

anything contains some B12. In other words, " animal " includes

bacteria. That's why you can have " vegetarian " vitamins that contain

B12. Most vegetarians that I know don't tend to exclude bacteria from

their diet. (How would one do that, I'm pondering!) Didn't want anyone to

think they had to eat furry little animals or insects to get vitamin

B! *smile* HTH!

This is obviously some kind of robot thing. Donald died last year.

There will be a memorial event for him following the Vegan Society AGM

on Saturday 28th October at Conway Hall. [For Vegan Society membership,

information, merchandise, etc see www.vegansociety.com]

Good wishes,

Vanessa

Thanks - I've removed the periodic reminder from our calendar

now. This shouldn't happen again.
