Guest guest
There seems to be some confusion about this. You cannot vote for Council Members at the AGM, but only by postal ballot. These must be received by the independent scrutineers by Tuesday (so posted by Monday, first class). It is not known whether you " cancel " a vote if you have subsequently changed your mind. You could contact the Electoral Reform Society to ask whether you can write in to them to do so, if there is time (the votes will have been counted by Wednesday). You could I suppose raise the matter at the AGM of why you were influenced one way about which way to vote and then changed your mind.
