Yes, it's important to remember that the yeasts available in the UK

(including Engevita) do NOT contain B12 so it's vital to get this from

fortified foods or supplements.

Good point. I wish we could get the American nutritional yeasts over

here.

 

Another good thing that we do with NY is sprinkle it on popcorn. Our

favourite combo is melted Pure margarine, soy sauce, and NY.
