Guest guest
I should point out that I am not a 100% raw fooder. I am a vegan; and most of the time I am 80% raw, but not always. Sometimes I am only 50%. Though I am not advocating 100%, many raw vegans do. I personally do not find such behavior obsessive. With all do respect to Paul's opinion, I am 100% meatless. I do not consider that obsessive; rather I consider it imperative-- for the animals, for my health, and for the environment. I have noticed that increasing the amount of raw food in my diet results in more energy, less lethargy. Though I cannot prove that it is due to eating more raw and less cooked food, I believe it to be the case. An internet search will yield similar opinions from others (which are personal experiences). happy reading, tev --- Alison Goodyer <alison.goodyer wrote: > Thank you for this!
