Hi

 

My husband wants to buy me a vegan cookery book for my birthday present and

I wondered if you could share your favourite ones. I have TONS of cookery

books - I love them but I am the kind of person who doesn't do lots of

fussy/fancy cooking. So please if you could recommend a good basic vegan

cookbook that you use time and again I'd be grateful - you can tell which

books get used in my home - they are dog eared and covered in cooking

splats!! I do have one vegan cookbook which is good for baking but I cant

get on with it for basic main meals - everything seems to need tons of

ingredients and I like basic things- bean burgers, nut roasts, pies etc.
