Me too i'm here tho. but i must admit to lurking for the short time

i've been here.

 

I totally agree with others comments that there is a place for this

list but i also think it's good to belong to our own local group

for real life meetings and such.. these e.groups serve as places

for meeting others online so we are not isolated and we can become

friends or contacts too.

 

i came here to find some vegan friends / contacts although i do know

a few in my area, bournemouth, it's always good to share ... anyway

i have my own group now as a result finding too many, almost all,

vegan and veggie groups with too much spam, not private or

moderated, and although it's inclusive of V's and V's in my area it

is a world group too. Also it is and will be my progression and

findings as vegan along with everyone else active discussion and

information sharing.

i appologise if i am not surposed to announce myself in this way ( i

do not want to be seen as taking someone elses members!) but i am

always looking for new members .. smiles!

As you may have since found out Paul is the owner these days, I

retired a long time ago.

 

But you can always contact the owner of a group by adding " -

owner " to the name part of the group email address. So in this case

-owner
