Nothing too formal - just meeting up for a meal every month or so, perhaps, to remind ourselves that there are other vegans out there! At the moment I'm waiting to see what - if any! - interest there is, but hopefully they'll be enough people to organise something. So I'll wait for a couple of weeks to give people a chance to respond, then will be in touch with everyone.
